This program is not for business owners who are hoping to hire a consultant who has a silver bullet solution to their pain points. We believe that growth, like hospitality, is a one-size-fits-one process that requires creative thinking, a willingness to prioritize sustainable progress over rapid change, and a commitment to prioritizing development amongst your many (many!) other to-do’s.
A team coaching container for business owners who are craving dedicated, highly-personalized support from experienced hospitality leaders and thought partners. You are welcome and encouraged to include any right-hand leaders from your team (for example, past clients have brought in their Executive Chef, Director of Operations, CFO, GM, and even an intern) who might prove powerful contributors in the Zoom room and between sessions as you work to produce company deliverables.
