TERMS OF PURCHASE & PROGRAM DETAILS

• No Refunds: payments made in full to secure the contract are non-refundable.
• Office Hours: this program includes 10 live 75-minute coaching sessions we call Office Hours, held over Zoom with Caruso's leadership team, meeting September 24, 2026 - December 17, 2026.
• Pre-Shifts: this program includes 30 pre-recorded 30-minutes (or less) training sessions we call Pre-Shifts, that will be made available to team members weekly in their client portals. Clients will have private access to individual portals to view Pre-shifts in video (Zoom recordings), audio (podcast), and written (transcript) formats. If the client prefers to edit down the number of required Pre-Shifts from 30 training sessions, we will work with you solidify a custom training package no later than Monday, September 14.
• Homework: clients will be invited to complete homework assignments weekly associated with each Pre-Shift training session, and to bring completed work and any questions they have about the training to Office Hours. 
• Resources: clients will be asked to read the book The Power of Ted, as pre-work for this program, and will be sent the following resources, to be received prior to the program's start date:
  • Salt & Roe's Development Journal
  • Salt & Roe's Guide to Leadership Development
  • Salt & Roe's Time Blocking Masterclass
  • The Power of Ted: The Empowerment Dynamic, by David Emerald
• Deliverables: TBD on our initial Discovery Session, but are likely to include:
• Statements of Intent
• Organizational Charts 
• Operational Job Descriptions
• Guide to Hospitality & Service
• Pre-Opening Critical Path
• Team Steering Sessions:  included with this program are 3 hourlong leadership team steering sessions for Kimberly to meet with your delegates at the beginning, midpoint, and end of the program to discuss team development. Kimberly will reach out to schedule these sessions with leaders of your choosing upon receiving payment.
• Scheduling: our coaching cadence is 3-weeks on / 1-week off for integration every 4 weeks, with exceptions for national holidays. Digital calendar invites will be sent to all participants in advance of our first session; we will meet for 75 minutes from 2:45-4:00pm CST on the following session dates over Zoom video conference:
• Session 1: September 24
• Session 2: October 1
• Session 3: October 8
• Session 4: October 22
• Session 5: October 29
• Session 6: November 5
• Session 7: November 19
• Session 8: December 3
• Session 9: December 10
• Session 10: December 17
• Session Timing: every attempt will be made to start and end sessions on time out of respect for participant schedules. Please notify Salt & Roe in advance if your team is running late; Salt & Roe will wait for clients up to 15 minutes before canceling that week’s session. Canceled sessions can be rescheduled at Salt & Roe’s hourly fee.
• Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice, and we’ll work together to reschedule at a mutually agreed upon time up to 2 times during any 6-month round of coaching, after which, make up sessions are charged at our hourly rate.
• Timeline: Salt & Roe is committed to maintaining project pace throughout the course of this development program to reach targeted results and encourage client production of any final deliverables. Salt & Roe will make space for emergent client needs during sessions at the risk of not completing the entirety of the intended session agenda; Salt & Roe is not responsible for the production nor completion of client deliverables.
• Retreat Options: should you decide at any point you want to add on a retreat option to this package, Kimberly would be happy to work with you to develop a custom offer to visit your hotel property and facilitate 1-2 development days with your team. Timing for retreat is flexible in the months of October, November and February. Kimberly can be booked for full or half day facilitation at the following rate:
  • $4,000 for a full day (up to 8 hours)
  • $3,000 for a half day (up to 4 hours)
  • Client to cover costs in full for coach travel, lodging and meals
